We have been notified that Princeton House itself is not available this year, but the owners have other apartments available in Madison and Oregon. They are as follows: 1. Henry/Gilman apartments: studio apartments for $635.00 for 1 month. This includes: rent, new furniture and all utilities (sewer and water, hot water, trash removal, electricity and a/c). There is also a $50.00 security deposit, per person, required. This building has just been remodeled and has a computer lab, TV lounge, community meeting areas, and a new workout facility. There is also laundry in the building. Located on Madison's Isthmus and close to the Capital building and State Street. Each apartment also has it's own balcony! 2. The Birge House: one-bedroom apartments for $695.00 for 1 month. This includes rent, new furniture and all utilities (sewer and water, hot water, trash removal electricity and a/c). There is a $50.00 security deposit, per person, required. This building, across from the Princeton House, has large remodeled one-bedroom apartments that are spacious enough to house two people. There is also laundry in the building and near Whole Foods, local restaurants and walking and bike paths. 3. Perry Parkway and Walnut Street apartments (IN OREGON!): Please remember that these are all apartments, not rooms. Therefore, they all have kitchens and full bathrooms. Wonderful locations and we can help out with bed linens as well too. Rent and security deposit are due in advance and applications can be downloaded from our website which is www.stevebrownapts.com. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for further assistance. The Princeton House is where most people have stayed the last few years and have been very satisfied. People staying here have been able to arrange car-pooling among themselves or with others attending the course from Madison.
