Important: Ask for Steve Schmidt and mention that you are with Deer Park.
Also Important: People must be staying at least 3 weeks. (Hint: it still
may be less expensive to stay here for 2 weeks and pay for 3 weeks than to
stay at another place.)

Some Details: No security deposit, computer lab, wireless internet, AC,
micro-fridge in each room, parking.

Summer Room Rates: Single $75/week || Double $60/week || large room
for 3 or 4 $50/week per person

The Princeton House is where most people have stayed the last few years and
have been very satisfied. People staying here have been able to arrange car
pooling together.
