Deer Park Day of Meditation

The Deer Park Buddhist Center is pleased to invite you to a Day of Meditation to be held on
Saturday, June 20th 2015 at the Deer Park Buddhist Center.
All new and experienced practitioners are welcome.

The day will include morning and afternoon sessions of sitting and walking meditation along with teachings by Deer Park’s resident teachers.

We will observe silence throughout the day in order to enjoy each other in a mindful way.

8:30am – 4:30pm

DETAILS: 

  • Sitting & walking meditation practice in silence
  • Dharma teachings by Ven. Geshe Tenzin Dorjee and Ven. Geshe Tenzin Sherab
  • Lunch and refreshments
  • Meditation cushions are provided but if you prefer, bring your own or feel free to sit in a chair.
